Price list for Highlands Reserve/Tuscan Hills
Per Week
January, February, March, April, May, June & November
Low Season
£400 per week or US $100 per night
Easter, July, August, February & October Half-Term
High season
£500 per week or US $120 per night
Christmas & New Year
Peak Season
£600 per week or US $140 per night

Prices inclusive of all local taxes.
Prices are for villa rental not per person.

Bookings of 5 nights or less incur an additional cleaning fee
of £50 GB Pounds or $100 USD.

Pool heating is recommended between October - April at an additional
cost of £13 ( US $20 ) per day.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking and full payment requested six weeks prior to your stay together with a refundable security deposit of £150 GBP or $250 USD
