This beautiful Mediterranean style 4 bedroom courtyard villa can be found on the gated community of Tuscan Hills. Newly built for 2007, the villa is just 10 minutes from Disney World and close to all the other area attractions including 2 minutes from Highlands Reserve Golf Course.

The two storey, 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom villa is fully air conditioned with a private pool and spa - perfect, after a day at the theme parks. The covered lanai affords shade from the sun and is ideal for outside dining.

The comfortable living area, furnished to a high standard features cable TV. From here you enter the fully fitted and equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer with ice maker. This then leads onto the elegant dining area. The open plan living space all leads out to the pool area.
